How to change the plan you're enrolled in

You can downgrade to another membership plan anytime you'd like, but please don't forget that Pro Membership has a minimum 12 month contract*.


1. Ensure you are logged into your account.

2. Click on the down arrow next to your profile pic and choose 'Settings'.


3. On the next page, scroll down to the Billing section and next to Community - Pro Membership, click the 'Edit' button.



4. Scroll down to the bottom of the list of products, click the option required:
- Switch to monthly (if you on are on annual)
- Change plan (if you want to downgrade to Basic*)



5. If changing plan, in the pop up window select Basic Membership and click the 'Change plan' button.


*If membership is downgraded, or cancelled, charges will continue to be taken monthly until the end of the 12 month membership term.
