How to change the plan you're enrolled in

Upgrade or downgrade* to another membership plan anytime you'd like!
* Pro Membership has a minimum 12 month contract

Upgrade to Pro Membership:
Pro Membership is exclusively for homeopath farmers, vets and other professionals. Also, recommended and open to anyone who has taken, or is taking, the WHAg Foundation Course or similar training.

The developers are working to improve this upgrade process. In the meantime, please follow the steps below precisely. If you experience any difficulties, email: learning@wholehealthag.org

1. Ensure you are logged in to your Basic Membership account 

2. Click on the arrow next to your profile icon

3. Select 'Settings'

4. Add Payment Method

- Scroll down to Billing: Payment Method and click Edit button

5. Add Card Details

6. Edit Membership (immediately above Payment)

- In the Billing Section select 'Community' and click 'Edit' button

7. Select Change Plan (below the list of products)

8. Choose Pro Membership
- Select monthly or annual from the dropdown menu

9. Click 'Change Plan' button

10. View your invoice
