WHAT DOES MEMBERSHIP ENTAIL?
The WHAg Learning Centre is an online membership based platform. There are two membership plans: 

  • BASIC is free (forever) and is suitable to anyone interested in wholistic & alternative farm and livestock health. 

  • PRO costs £5 per month, (less if you pay annually), and is designed for farmers, smallholders, vets and others who want to get the most out of farm homeopathy. 

Each membership plan gives access to a range of webinars & courses, free content, and has its own Community Forum and Newsletter. Pro Members' additional benefits include FREE live teaching sessions, unlimited access to the Pro Video Library, additional material unique to Pro, and special offers & discounts. HOW DO I CHANGE MY MEMBERSHIP?
Upgrade to Pro Membership:
Pro Membership has a minimum 12 month contract. (See T&C's ).  
Click HERE to follow the UPGRADE process.

Downgrade to Basic Membership:
Click on the arrow next to your profile pic/icon (top right corner of screen) and in the drop down menu choose 'Billing'. Under the 'Community' section at the top of that page click 'Change your community plan' then select BASIC. (See T&C's )

Cancel Membership:
Click on the arrow next to your profile pic/icon (top right corner of screen) and in the drop down menu choose ’Settings’ and then scroll down to the 'Billing' section. Under the 'Community' section at the top of that section, click on ‘Edit’ then scroll down and select 'Cancel plan'. (See T&C's ).  
 
HOW DO I CHANGE MY PAYMENT DETAILS?
Log on then click on the arrow next to your profile pic/icon (top right corner of screen) and in the drop down menu choose 'Billing'. Scroll down to 'Payment Method' section (bottom of page) to add or change your card details.



Note: It is not possible to change between monthly and annual options for the Pro membership plan at the moment. If you’d like to do this, you need to cancel your subscription and re-subscribe to the correct plan.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?

Log on then click on the arrow next to your profile pic/icon (top right corner of screen) and in the drop down menu select Settings.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY BIO PICTURE/AVATAR?
Log on then click on the arrow next to your profile pic/icon (top right corner of screen) and in the drop down menu select SettingsChoose a photo or image that represents you and don't forget to tell us a bit about yourself so that we can get an idea of your interests.  

HOW DO I CHANGE MY NOTIFICATIONS?
You can change your email and notification settings in Settings. Scroll down to OPTIONS then select NOTIFICATIONS -> Edit. Tick all that apply.
NB If you do not agree to receive Emails we will not be able to alert you to important updates, special offers, or inform you when free new products are available.
