On purchasing any webinar, course or membership you will be prompted to set up an account.
You only need to provide your name and email as a minimum.
The next time you visit you will need to log in which will take you to your dashboard and home feed which will look like the image below (NB mobile will have a different view - scroll down for details):

Community noticeboard and discussion areas (previously called forums). NB everyone will see announcements on the noticeboard, otherwise you will only see spaces that are accessible via your membership plan and/or your courses.
Click the bell icon to see community updates and activity/posts in spaces that you follow.
Click your profile picture (or initials) to:
Update your profile or edit your email and password
Delete your account
Adjust notification settings - scroll down for a more detailed guide to notifications
Quick access to content you've recently viewed.
Quick access to any webinars you are registered for.
Helpful links and shortcuts to important areas of the website.
Simply tap the menu icon in the top-left corner to open the navigation menu.
You'll find the same sections:
Access your Account Settings by clicking on the Profile Picture in the bottom left hand side of the screen.
Click Profile EDIT to change or add your name, photo or bio.
Notifications are split into two parts - web (which means they appear when you click the bell icon🔔 just above your profile pic at the bottom left of the screen) and email.
We recommend the following if you don't want to get bombarded with notifications (personally we like to just receive important updates).
You can set your summary to as frequently as you wish - we have opted for daily but you could even go for weekly. (You could turn off completely but you may miss important notifications. We strongly advise that you turn on notifications about events and general emails or you won't hear from us when your webinar is about to start or when your course has been updated.

This can be found by clicking your PROFILE PIC at the bottom left of your dasboard screen which will open up account seetings. Delete your account can be found at the bottom.
NB Pro Membership - ie Farm Pro and Pet Pro - has a minimum 12 month contract. (See T&C's ).
In the top left menu click on Whole Health Agriculture and select 'Billing'.
Choose 'Payment ' to add or change your details. You will also see your payment history here.
